Your Coaching Experience

What to expect from your first call to your last session.

  • Step One: Consultation Call

    Before our first conversation, I will email you four questions to get you to think more deeply about what brings you to coaching.

    While we talk, I will ask you questions to dig deeper on your initial topic. During our conversation we will both check if we are a good fit. This is the basis for any good coaching relationship.

    If we agree to work together, I will send you a direct link for the coaching agreement and package.

  • Step Two: Discovery Call

    This is a one time session held over zoom in which we take our time, usually 90 minutes to dive into the depth of your topic. I will be taking copious notes and together we will derive an action plan based on the content of the call.

  • Step Three: Coaching Journey

    Once we have completed the discovery call and have decided on a coaching package for your goals, we begin our journey. This can look like weekly calls with actionable items, or 2/month sessions. Important is that we stay in touch as you work through your goals. Each session is 50 minutes in length.
